Sendji Labs collects only the information we need to run our website, respond to enquiries, and support product conversations. We do not sell personal information.

We may collect information you provide directly when you contact us, request a demo, apply for beta access, or submit a lead form. This may include your name, email address, company name, interest type, product interest, and the contents of your message.

We also collect limited website analytics information after consent is given. This may include page views, CTA clicks, device or browser details, and general usage patterns.

2. How we use information

• Respond to messages, partnership enquiries, and product interest
• Operate and improve the Sendji Labs website
• Understand which pages and calls to action are useful
• Support product, beta, or sales conversations for Culina, LocalLift, and Narralytix
• Protect the site and comply with legal obligations

3. Analytics and cookies

Sendji Labs uses PostHog for website analytics. Analytics tracking starts only after you accept the cookie notice on tracked pages. If you decline, we do not initialize analytics for that browser session state.

We may also use local browser storage to remember your cookie preference and support basic site functionality.

4. Form submissions and data handling

Lead and contact forms may send data to infrastructure used by Sendji Labs to process enquiries and manage product interest. In this repo, form handling is wired to Sendji Labs systems such as Supabase-backed storage.

We use this information only for legitimate business follow-up, internal triage, and improving how we respond to incoming demand.

5. Third-party services

We may rely on third-party providers to operate the site and related workflows, including hosting providers, analytics providers, form infrastructure, and database services. Those providers process data under their own terms and privacy policies.

6. Retention

We retain business contact and enquiry information for as long as reasonably necessary to respond, continue a conversation, maintain records, or meet legal obligations.

You can decline analytics through the cookie notice. You can also contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of the personal information you submitted to us, subject to legal and operational limits.

If you access our site from outside our operating region, your information may be processed in countries where our providers operate. By using the site and submitting information, you understand that cross-border processing may occur.
